How long is shipping, processing, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT.

Can I make changes to my order?

To insure a quick delivery, all orders are processed daily. So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. THE RAW EXPERIENCE seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, washed, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered, we will return the hair back to you.
